Eating right includes the consumption of adequate protein because protein is essential to your body's well being and protection against diseases and infections.  while i said that plant protein is better than animal protein, you are not forbidden to  consume animal protein in moderation.  however, seafood, nuts, seeds, legumes and dairy products are ideal protein providers for your healthy diet.  mushrooms are great protein providers too, and they are really very healthy as they also load your diet with fiber.  Eat moderate portions of whatever you eat.  it is a health sin to fill your stomach and leave no breathing space in your stomach.

Let me reiterate that the size of your meal portion is very important to consider, because even if your diet is balanced and you gorge till there is no space in your stock you are are not eating right, which could easily dispose you to various health problems, including being overweight.  bear in mind the more food you gorge the more calories you body will be required to burn, over burdening your digestive system.  if you live this lifestyle while young, by the time you begin to age, your metabolism will find it difficult to carry out its functions efficiently. What you need in your meal plan is a balanced diet of carbohydrates, veggies, fruits and nuts just enough to keep you fed for four hours.}
